Terms of Service

DomainLiq (domainliq.com) is owned and operated by httpsLabs LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a United States Limited Liability Company registered in Wyoming (address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA; contact: [email protected]).

By creating an account, listing a domain, or making a purchase on DomainLiq ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

DomainLiq is a marketplace platform that:

• Allows sellers to list domain names for sale or liquidation
• Provides buyers with a browsing and search interface
• Supports payment attempts through Stripe (credit cards), USDC & USDT (crypto escrow), Escrow.com, and registrar links
• Holds funds securely in escrow until domain transfer is confirmed (for Stripe and crypto checkouts)
• Provides tools for domain verification and landing pages

Credit Card Payments (Stripe)

Crypto Escrow Payments (USDC & USDT)

• Minimum domain price for USDC/USDT: $5
• Domain must be verified to accept crypto payments

Bundles & Seller Account Limits

When a buyer purchases a bundle, the platform fee is calculated on the total bundle price using the same tier structure above (never per-domain). Free seller accounts are limited to 50 domains and 3 portfolios; Verified Seller accounts have unlimited listings and portfolios.

Credit Card Payments

Card payments are processed through Stripe. By using our Service:

• Buyer payments are held securely until transfer is confirmed
• Sellers must connect a Stripe account to receive card payments
• Payouts are processed to seller's Stripe account after buyer confirmation
• If buyer doesn't confirm within 72 hours, funds auto-release to seller

Crypto Escrow Payments (USDC & USDT)

USDC and USDT crypto payments are processed on Polygon or Base blockchain networks. By using our Service:

• Buyer sends USDC/USDT to DomainLiq's escrow vault on Polygon or Base
• Sellers must provide a valid Polygon or Base wallet address to receive crypto payouts
• Crypto is held in escrow until buyer confirms domain receipt
• Upon confirmation, crypto (minus 5% fee) is sent to seller's wallet
• If buyer doesn't confirm within 72 hours, crypto auto-releases to seller
• Important: We only accept USDC & USDT on Polygon Mainnet or Base Network; tokens sent on other networks cannot be recovered

• You must own or be authorized to sell listed domains
• You must provide the Authorization Code within 48 hours of receiving payment
• You must ensure the domain is unlocked and ready for transfer
• Failure to provide a valid Authorization Code within 48 hours results in full refund to buyer
• For Crypto: You are responsible for providing a correct Polygon or Base wallet address
• Public Contact & Trust: To foster trust and facilitate direct buyer-seller negotiations, your preferred contact details (which can include your email address, phone number, or social media handles) and name may be displayed publicly on the platform. We never sell or share seller data with third parties.
• Anonymity Controls: You have the option to configure your account settings so that your name and contact details (including phone number) are never displayed publicly. When these details are hidden, buyers can still reach out to you via the platform's messaging/chat system.

• Confirm receipt of domain promptly after transfer completes
• If you don't confirm within 72 hours, funds are auto-released to seller
• Report issues with the Authorization Code immediately via support
• For Crypto: Send USDC/USDT only on Polygon or Base networks

Disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Contact support at [email protected]
• Provide transaction details and evidence of the issue
• We will investigate and resolve within 5 business days
• For Crypto: Include the transaction hash (TX hash) for faster resolution
