These terms govern your access to and use of DomainLiq. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms & Operating Entity
DomainLiq (domainliq.com) is an online domain name marketplace owned and operated by httpsLabs LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a United States Limited Liability Company registered in Wyoming (address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA; contact: [email protected]).
By creating an account, listing a domain, or making a purchase on DomainLiq ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Marketplace Role & "Agent of Payee" Appointment
DomainLiq is a commercial digital marketplace that facilitates the listing, sale, and transfer of domain names. DomainLiq connects prospective buyers with sellers and acts solely as a commercial marketplace facilitator.
Appointment of httpsLabs LLC as Limited Payment Collection Agent (Agent of Payee):
Each Seller hereby expressly designates and appoints httpsLabs LLC as its limited payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting, holding, and disbursing purchase funds from Buyers for domain name transactions completed on the Service.
Receipt of purchase funds by httpsLabs LLC from a Buyer immediately and completely satisfies and extinguishes the Buyer's legal payment obligation to the Seller for the purchased domain name(s), just as if the Buyer had delivered funds directly to the Seller.
HttpsLabs LLC is not a licensed escrow agency, depository bank, or Money Services Business (MSB). Transactions are processed under the standard commercial marketplace Agent of Payee exemption recognized under the uniform Money Transmission Modernization Act (MTMA).

- Provides buyers with real-time search, WHOIS data, and instant checkout
- Processes buyer payments securely through Stripe (Credit/Debit Card) and Crypto Payments (USDC on Polygon network)
- Provides comprehensive Buyer Protection by securing payment until domain transfer is verified
- Dispatches seller payouts via Wise, Bank Wire / ACH / IBAN, or Crypto USDC upon transfer verification
- Provides DNS TXT and HTML verification tools for sellers to claim verified ownership

Platform settlement fees are deducted automatically from seller gross proceeds upon completed sale. Buyers pay 0% platform buyer fee. Stripe card processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30) apply only to credit/debit card transactions; Web3 USDC crypto checkout incurs 0% merchant card processing.
Seller Subscriptions, 7-Day Free Trial & Cancellation Policy
DomainLiq offers optional paid seller subscription tiers (Lite at $5.99/month and Pro at $10.99/month) that unlock advanced liquidation tooling, automated registrar API sync (GoDaddy, Spaceship, Dynadot), bulk CSV/TXT uploads, reduced flat platform fees ($3 or $2 per sale), and verified badges.
Subscription Terms & Guarantees:
- 7-Day Free Trial: Both Lite and Pro plans include a 7-day risk-free trial. Sellers can test all platform features without restriction. If you cancel at any time within the initial 7 days, your card will not be charged.
- Monthly Recurring Billing: Following the 7-day trial, your subscription automatically renews on a monthly recurring basis at the stated plan rate via Stripe until cancelled.
- Active Access Upon Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will continue to enjoy full access to all paid plan features (reduced platform fees, registrar sync, unlimited listings, and badges) until the end of your current billing period. We do not terminate your benefits prematurely upon cancellation.
- Graceful Downgrade to Free Tier: At the conclusion of your billing period after cancellation, your account will transition to the Free Seller tier. Any existing published domains will remain safely listed on the platform.
- Refunds on Subscriptions: Once a monthly subscription renewal has processed after the free trial window, subscription charges are non-refundable for that active billing cycle. Sellers may cancel at any time directly through their Account Settings with zero cancellation fees.
Domain Listings, Bundles & Pick & Buy Rules
1. Single Domain Listings ($59 One-Price Policy)
All individual domain listings on DomainLiq operate under the platform standard liquidation price of $59.00. Domains registered 15+ months ago auto-approve immediately via real-time WHOIS verification; Lite and Pro sellers receive instant auto-approval on all listings.
2. Bundles & Portfolio Pricing Ceiling
Sellers can group multiple domains into a single bulk listing (Bundle) to offer wholesale discounts. To ensure marketplace pricing consistency:
- The minimum price for any bundle is $19.00.
- The total price of any bundle cannot exceed Domain Count × $59.00 (e.g., a 5-domain bundle is capped at a maximum of $295.00).
- Per-Domain Bundle Fee: Platform fees on bundle transactions are charged per domain sold according to the seller's active tier: $3.00 per domain for Lite sellers (e.g., $15 fee on a 5-domain bundle) or $2.00 per domain for Pro sellers (e.g., $20 fee on a 10-domain bundle). Free tier sellers cannot create bundles.
3. Pick & Buy Rules
When a seller enables "Pick & Buy" on a bundle, buyers can cherry-pick individual domains from the collection under the following rules:
- Per-Domain Formula: The Pick & Buy unit price is calculated with a 25% premium over the per-domain bulk rate, strictly capped at $59.00:
Pick & Buy Unit Price = min($59.00, (Bundle Price / Domain Count) × 1.25) - Minimum Checkout Floor: The total Pick & Buy cart must reach at least $19.00 to initiate checkout.
- 10-Minute Lock: Selected domains are reserved for 10 minutes during active buyer checkout to prevent concurrent conflicting sales.
- Automatic Bundle Adjustment: When picked domains sell, they are transferred to the buyer, and the remaining domains stay in the seller's bundle with automatic count and price recalculation.
Buyer Protection, Inspection Window & Seller Disbursements
DomainLiq operates as an e-commerce digital marketplace where httpsLabs LLC acts as limited payment collection agent for sellers. Checkout transactions provide secure buyer protection and transfer verification:
- Buyer Protection & Transfer Settlement: Buyer payments (Credit/Debit Card via Stripe or Crypto USDC on Polygon) are received by httpsLabs LLC as the seller's limited collection agent and secured pending transfer confirmation.
- Inspection & Verification Window: Following seller fulfillment, buyers have a standard 24 to 72-hour inspection window to verify domain registrar receipt or report transfer discrepancies.
- Supported Seller Payout Rails: Sellers configure their preferred disbursement channel in Settings:
- Crypto Payouts (USDC on Polygon): Instant on-chain wallet disbursements with near-zero gas fees.
- Wise Business (USD transfers & local currency deposits): Supported in 160+ countries with low conversion costs.
- Bank Wire / ACH / SWIFT / IBAN: Direct electronic bank transfers.
- Disbursement Trigger: Once domain transfer is confirmed by the buyer (or automatically upon conclusion of the 72-hour inspection window), order proceeds transition to
ready_for_payoutand are disbursed directly to the seller. - Delivery Failure Guarantee: If a seller fails to provide valid domain transfer credentials or initiate registrar push within 48 hours, the order is cancelled and the buyer is issued an immediate 100% refund.

• Payment Routing: Card transactions are settled into company merchant accounts and disbursed in Fiat (Wise or Bank Wire) or converted via our institutional treasury to USDC (Polygon, Arbitrum, or Solana). Crypto checkouts are verified on Polygon and disbursed in USDC.
• Network Transfer Fees: On-chain cryptocurrency disbursements incur standard blockchain network transfer fees (~$0.15 on Polygon, ~$0.50 on Arbitrum/Solana) deducted at payout execution.
• International Cards: Stripe applies cross-border and currency conversion fees to non-US cards (~3.9%–4.4% + $0.30), which are passed through at exact cost directly from Stripe's settlement receipt.
US OFAC Sanctions & Geographic Eligibility
As a US legal entity, httpsLabs LLC is prohibited from facilitating transactions, hosting domain storefronts, or disbursing payouts to individuals or entities located in, or organized under the laws of US-sanctioned jurisdictions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine). Users certify compliance during registration and payout onboarding.
Seller Obligations & Privacy Controls
- You must own or be authorized to sell listed domains
- You must provide the Authorization/EPP Code or initiate registrar push within 48 hours of purchase
- You must ensure the domain is unlocked and transfer-eligible at the registrar
- Failure to deliver within 48 hours results in an immediate 100% refund to the buyer and potential listing suspension
- Public Contact & Trust: Your preferred contact details and name may be displayed publicly to facilitate buyer negotiations. We never sell seller data to third parties.
- Anonymity Controls: You can configure account settings to hide your name and phone number publicly while still allowing buyers to message you via secure platform chat.
Buyer Obligations & Inspection Window
- Confirm receipt of domain promptly in your Transfer Center after receiving the transfer
- You have a 72-hour inspection window to confirm transfer or report registrar issues
- If you do not confirm or report an issue within 72 hours, purchase funds are automatically released to the seller
- For Crypto: Send USDC only on the supported Polygon network
Refund Policy & Transfer Guarantees
Buyer Protection & Settlement Guarantees
- Seller fails to deliver in 48 hours: 100% full refund to buyer
- EPP Code is invalid or domain transfer is rejected by registry: Full refund upon admin investigation
- Buyer fails to confirm within 72-hour inspection window: Funds auto-release to seller (no refund)
- Crypto sent on unsupported network or incorrect wallet: Permanent on blockchain, non-recoverable
Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Terms
By electing to pay or receive payouts in USDC cryptocurrency on the Polygon network, you acknowledge:
- Cryptocurrency transactions are permanent and irreversible once finalized on-chain
- We cannot reverse transactions sent to incorrect wallet addresses or unsupported chains
- Network gas fees on Polygon are paid by the sender and are non-refundable
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Web3 wallet and credentials
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes are resolved systematically:

- Platform administration will review registrar transfer logs and resolve within 5 business days
