  • Preferred contact method (email, X/Twitter, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram)
  • Contact handles and payment IDs (e.g. PayPal email address or Wise transfer tag `@username` to facilitate checkout displays)

Domain Listings & Verification:

  • Domain names you list
  • Prices you set
  • Domain descriptions (optional)
  • Domain status (available/sold)
  • DNS verification records (TXT, A, or NS records accessed publicly to verify ownership)

Payment Information (Card Payments):

  • Buyer email address (for order confirmation)
  • Billing address (collected by Stripe)
  • Payment method details (processed by Stripe, we don't store card numbers)
  • Transaction history (order amounts, dates, status)
  • Seller payout information (stored by Stripe Connect)

Cryptocurrency Payment Information (USDC):

  • Seller wallet address: Your Polygon or Base wallet address for receiving USDC payouts
  • Buyer email: Email address provided during USDC checkout
  • Transaction hashes: Blockchain transaction IDs for payment verification
  • Transaction amounts: USDC amounts sent and received

Note: Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on the public Polygon or Base blockchain. Transaction hashes and wallet addresses are publicly visible on blockchain explorers.

  • Display your public domain listings
  • Enable buyers to contact you through your preferred method
  • Process payments (card and cryptocurrency)
  • Verify USDC payments on the Polygon or Base blockchain
  • Send USDC payouts to your wallet

  • Send essential service notifications (security alerts, policy changes)

  • We DO NOT sell your information to anyone
  • We DO NOT share your data with advertisers
  • We DO NOT send marketing emails (unless you opt-in)
  • We DO NOT track you across other websites
  • We DO NOT access your messages with buyers/sellers
  • We DO NOT have access to your cryptocurrency wallet private keys
  • We DO NOT monitor your on-chain activity outside of our platform

Information Sharing & Privacy Controls

Your information is shared in these limited ways:

  • Public Profile & Contact Information: To build trust in the marketplace and let buyers contact you via your preferred methods, your specified email address, phone number, and name may be displayed publicly. We never sell or share our seller data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
  • Seller Privacy Options: A seller can configure their settings so that their name and contact number are never displayed publicly. When these details are hidden, buyers can still contact the seller directly on the platform via the secure chat system.
  • Escrow Transactions: When you initiate a "Buy with Escrow" transaction, your email is shared with Escrow.com and the other party to facilitate the sale
  • Blockchain Data: USDC transaction hashes and wallet addresses are publicly visible on the Polygon or Base blockchain
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law

DomainLiq is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Third-Party Services

We share data with these services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing for card payments - they receive buyer email, billing address, and payment details
  • Polygon & Base Networks: USDC payments are processed on the Polygon and Base blockchains - transaction data is publicly visible
  • Resend: Email delivery - they receive email addresses to send transactional emails
  • Escrow.com: When you use "Buy with Escrow", your email is shared to facilitate the transaction
  • Wise: When buyers initiate a direct Wise transfer checkout, we display the seller's Wise transfer tag publicly on the checkout card

When you contact sellers via X, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Wise, or Telegram, their privacy policies apply.

Blockchain Data Permanence

Important: When you use USDC payments, transaction data is recorded on the public Polygon or Base blockchain. This includes your wallet address and transaction amounts. Blockchain data is permanent and cannot be deleted or modified. This is a fundamental characteristic of blockchain technology, not a choice made by DomainLiq.
