Step-by-Step Purchase Details
Search & Identify
Enter your target keywords into the marketplace. Search for domains with the green shield icon. The shield confirms that the seller has completed verified ownership, ensuring immediate transfer capability.
Secure Protected Checkout
For Cards: Enter your details in the secure Stripe modal. Funds are charged immediately and protected pending transfer.
For USDC Crypto: Transfer USDC on the Polygon network with under $0.01 in gas fees. Submit your transaction hash for instant on-chain verification and buyer protection.
Obtain Authorization / EPP Code
Once payment is verified, the seller receives a high-priority transfer request. They must submit the domain's unique Authorization Code (EPP Code) or initiate an account push within 48 hours. If they fail to do so, your payment is 100% refunded.
Transfer Domain to Your Registrar
Once the code is provided, go to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Dynadot, etc.), select "Domain Transfer," enter the domain name and paste the Authorization Code to initiate transfer.
Confirm Transfer & Release Settlement
Once the domain appears in your registrar account, return to your dashboard or transfer link and click "Confirm Receipt" to release settlement proceeds to the seller.
Refund & Dispute Policy
When You Get Refunded
- Seller fails to provide the Auth code or push within 48 hours.
- The provided Auth code is found to be incorrect or expired.
- The domain cannot be transferred due to registry locks.
Settlement Finalization (No Refund)
- You confirm domain receipt in your dashboard.
- The 72-hour buyer inspection window concludes without any dispute raised.
