What is the refund policy?

If a seller fails to provide the transfer authorization code within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full 100% refund from escrow. Refunds are also issued if the provided code is invalid.

Secure Checkout via Escrow

For Cards: Enter your details in the secure Stripe modal. Funds are charged immediately but held in platform escrow.

For USDC & USDT Crypto: Choose Polygon or Base networks to ensure near-zero gas fees. Transfer the exact amount to the escrow vault and submit your transaction hash for instant verification.

For Registrar Links: Clicking buy-now directs you to the official registry (like GoDaddy, Spaceship) where you pay their portal directly.

Obtain Authorization / EPP Code

Once payment is verified, the seller receives a high-priority transfer request. They must submit the domain's unique Authorization Code (EPP Code) within 48 hours. If they fail to do so, your payment is 100% refunded.

Transfer Domain to Your Registrar

Once the code is provided, go to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Dynadot, etc.), select "Domain Transfer," enter the domain name and paste the Authorization Code to initiate transfer.

Release Escrow Payment

Once the domain appears in your registrar account, return to your dashboard or transfer link and click "Confirm Receipt" to release funds to the seller.

When You Get Refunded

Seller fails to provide the Auth code within 48 hours.
The provided Auth code is found to be incorrect or expired.
The domain cannot be transferred due to registry locks.
